Description
The Lead Teacher I supervises and develops children in a child development program, plans and implements developmentally appropriate activities, supports educators, assesses children through DRDP, ASQ, and other tools, maintains classroom and family records, and ensures compliance with Title 22, Title 5, NAEYC, and Community Care Licensing requirements. The role requires an associate degree in early childhood education or child development, a teacher-level permit, recent center-based care experience, DRDP rater certification, and completion of specified training programs.
