Description
The Lead Teacher will plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs for children from birth through six years, assess learning, develop individualized and group curricula, collaborate with families, document learning through portfolios, and maintain a safe and healthy environment. The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in an early childhood or related field, experience teaching children aged six weeks to six years, knowledge of NAEYC practices and Missouri licensing, and the ability to work with children, families, students, faculty, staff, and the public. The position is full time, available immediately, and remains open until filled.
