The role coordinates mail receiving and distribution operations for the Perelman School of Medicine, operates and reconciles automated package-tracking data, trains Building Services Assistants, and may cover staff shortages in Receiving and Event-Support areas. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience, physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, customer service and communication skills, and availability for frequent overtime.
