Description
The Lead Tech Mechanical Engineer provides technical support for the design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement of high-speed automated manufacturing and packaging equipment used in medical device production. The role requires hands-on work with robotics, automation software, servo motion, vision systems, printers, RFID and barcoding, pneumatics, electronics, and mechanical systems, along with experience in ultrasonic welding and other printing technologies. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, and may require flexible scheduling and coverage of second and third shifts.
