Target is hiring a Lead Tech Operations Consultant to lead and scale its Software License Management capability and Software Asset Management technology, while partnering with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Law, Product, Architecture, and other enterprise teams. The role focuses on operational intelligence, strategic initiatives, risk and compliance visibility, process optimization, supplier strategy, portfolio health, and executive-ready recommendations. It requires 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or portfolio management, strong analytical and stakeholder-influence skills, and familiarity with technology, applications, and platforms; software licensing and related disciplines are preferred. The position operates on a hybrid/flex-for-your-day arrangement based on Target’s needs.
