Kestra Financial is hiring a Lead Technical Architect to lead the technical architecture and governance of its multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI capabilities. The role owns integrations, security, performance, CI/CD, automation, compliance, documentation, and delivery quality while leading and mentoring developers and engineers. It requires 8+ years of Salesforce technical architecture and development experience, expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs, multi-cloud implementations, AI solutions, integrations, security, and DevOps, plus experience in a regulated financial-services industry.
