The role leads agentic AI workflows, transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring, sanctions controls, reporting, and governance of scalable, secure, auditable compliance solutions. It requires a BA/BS degree, at least seven years of relevant compliance technology and data analysis experience, advanced Python and SQL skills, and the ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into technical solutions. The position offers a base salary of $140,000–$200,000 in New York, along with bonus, equity, health plans, retirement matching, parental leave, and flexible time off, with a hybrid work approach at hub offices and remote work for employees near hubs.
