Description
The Field Engineer serves large, complex clients across Unisys products and services, providing VIP deskside support, high-level storage and network installations, advanced hardware and software troubleshooting, infrastructure testing and certification, customer-premises maintenance, and white-glove support for executives and VIP stakeholders. The role also involves MDM, authentication, Active Directory and Azure AD administration, documentation, and knowledge-article development. NV2 Security Clearance is required.
