Mattel is hiring a Lead Technical Manager – Enterprise Planning, Data Architecture & AI Enablement to lead the technical vision and roadmap for its Anaplan Connected Planning ecosystem. The role owns enterprise Anaplan architecture, data and integration architecture, platform governance, AI innovation, automation, and technical leadership across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Workforce, and other planning domains. It partners with business and technology leaders, data engineering teams, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to establish scalable planning solutions, improve platform reliability and scalability, reduce technical debt, and build a high-performing technical team.
