Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring four Lead Technical Operators, also described as Lead Formulation Technicians, to support production excellence in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role operates on a rotating 24/7 shift pattern and involves setting up and operating bulk formulation, filling, inspection, and packing lines; completing batch documentation and in-process checks; performing CIP and SIP; supporting validation, SAP transactions, and GMP change controls; monitoring team performance and downtime; providing leadership support; and maintaining safe, compliant manufacturing operations. Candidates need a secondary education or equivalent, pharmaceutical or regulated-environment experience, supervisory or mentorship experience, and knowledge of cleanroom and aseptic manufacturing.
