Description
Magna Powertrain is hiring a permanent plant-floor manufacturing operator/lead responsible for operating and leading an assigned work cell, performing machine changeovers, producing quality automotive powertrain parts, completing inspections and production reporting, troubleshooting minor stoppages, supporting maintenance and continuous improvement, and mentoring other operators. The role requires a technical degree, automotive manufacturing experience, knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical components, machine programming, electrical schematics and machine prints, plus strong safety, quality, math, communication, and problem-solving skills. The position is conducted on-site in a manufacturing plant environment.
