Description
Level is hiring a Lead Technical Product Designer to own the technical design vision for core systems and mechanics across its product portfolio, lead and grow junior designers, and advocate for technical design workflows. The role partners with engineering, art, and product leadership to define tools and pipelines, translate product goals into technical solutions, drive rapid prototyping and iteration, and contribute to documentation and workflow standards. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience in technical design, systems design, or related engineering roles, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior mentorship capacity, along with experience shipping complex technical design systems and improving tools, workflows, or pipelines.
