Description
RMS is hiring a remote, permanent Product Manager for Channel and Distribution Integrations. The role owns the strategy for connecting hotel rooms to booking channels, leads two live CRS and hotel-chain integration programs through delivery and certification, collaborates with engineering on APIs and architecture, prepares sales and support teams, represents RMS with partners, and incorporates AI-driven distribution into the roadmap. The position reports to the VP of Product for Guest Services and Integrations and leads two Product Specialists; it is based within commuting distance of the Melbourne office with flexible in-person collaboration.
