Cohere Health is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional technical initiatives from concept through launch, including platform migrations, architectural modernization, reliability improvements, and major product launches. The role owns milestones, critical paths, success metrics, dependencies, risks, design reviews, capacity planning, rollout strategies, program tracking, launch readiness, postmortems, executive updates, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least six years of technical program management or engineering program management experience, six years of hands-on software engineering experience, strong technical fluency, and experience leading multi-team initiatives in high-growth technology companies. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with relocation preferred.
