Description
Grab is hiring an individual contributor to manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional technical programs focused on serving businesses across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Head of Technical Program Management, the role leads strategic plans, organizational change, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and the development of AI-enabled tools and agents that use LLMs to automate program execution toil. The position requires at least 10 years of experience, software engineering fundamentals, and familiarity with workflow automation; it is based onsite in Grab’s Petaling Jaya office.
