Grab is hiring a Technical Program Manager to manage complex, cross-functional software projects focused on serving businesses across Southeast Asia. The role coordinates engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and QA; plans requirements, milestones, schedules, risks, and roadmaps; aligns engineering organizations; coaches teams on delivery frameworks; and improves delivery processes. The position reports to the Senior Technical Program Management Leader and is based fully on-site in Jakarta. Candidates need at least five years of Agile software project management experience, a background in project delivery or technical leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, AI knowledge, and experience in a fast-moving environment.
