Description
The Lead Technical Program Manager will lead complex technology programs and projects for the Consumer and Community Banking Engineering Tools & Productivity team, focusing on CI/CD, release engineering, automation, observability, and engineering productivity. The role manages program plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, resources, roadmaps, stakeholder relationships, and adoption of engineering solutions, while using data-driven insights and enterprise-authorized AI to improve planning, governance, and delivery outcomes.
