Description
StackAdapt is hiring an AI Operator to partner with internal and external stakeholders on AI-driven operational improvements. The role builds and maintains reusable AI skills, MCPs, dashboards, and self-serve data-access tooling; scopes and manages technical projects across AI Automation, Engineering, Product, and other teams; and coaches teams toward self-sufficiency. Candidates should have hands-on AI development experience, 2–4 years of technical program management, technical operations, analytics, or similar experience, SQL and data-analysis skills, and strong cross-functional communication. The role offers a base salary of CAD 100,000–137,500 and is marked remote.
