Description
Wayve is hiring a full-time Lead Technical Program Manager, Quality & Compliance to build and lead the company-wide quality and compliance program across quality, ASPICE, security, data privacy, and operational safety. The role will establish lightweight governance, KPIs, audit readiness, escalations, and scalable practices; coach and grow a small TPM team; partner with engineering, product, safety, security, privacy, legal, and operations leaders; and translate compliance obligations into measurable outcomes. The position is based in Wayve’s London office under a hybrid working policy.
