Description
The Lead Technical Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs and initiatives across markets, including planning, cross-team execution, risk management, Agile governance, reporting, regulatory and control readiness, and technical implementation planning. The role requires at least five years of technical program management experience, strong stakeholder and vendor-management capabilities, experience managing resources and budgets, and proficiency with enterprise-authorized AI tools for program workflows.
