Description
The Lead Technical Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs and initiatives across markets, from discovery through release readiness and post-launch stabilization. The role manages integrated program plans, cross-functional execution, risks, Agile governance, reporting, regulatory and control requirements, technical architecture alignment, and operational workflows. It requires at least five years of technical program management experience, strong stakeholder and vendor-management capabilities, experience with enterprise AI tools, and the ability to validate AI-assisted outputs.
