Description
Google is hiring a Lead Technical Program Manager for Silicon Design Services and Strategic Extended Workforce to lead end-to-end external silicon design programs from scoping and RFP/SOW finalization through tapeout and production ramp. The role manages multi-vendor design services, vendor governance, technical and schedule tradeoffs, milestone deliverables, secure Cloud CAD environments, outsourced NPI, ATE test development, and OSAT manufacturing handoffs. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, eight years of relevant technical program management, project management, or silicon engineering leadership experience, and experience with ASIC/SoC development and external design-service vendors. Preferred qualifications include a master's or PhD in a related technical field and experience managing two full SoC design cycles.
