Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is hiring a full-time Lead Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. The role owns program outcomes from scoping and sequencing through delivery, partners with engineering, product, and business leaders, manages dependencies and risks, influences organizational priorities, and mentors other program leads. Candidates need at least seven years of software-industry technical program management experience, strong Agile and software delivery knowledge, and a BA/BS or equivalent experience.
