MAP is hiring a Lead Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-faceted Adobe Martech and data projects. The role combines governance, risk and change management, resource and capacity planning, technical prioritization, architecture guidance, stakeholder management, client innovation support, and mentorship of TPMs and Senior TPMs. Candidates need 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong Adobe platform expertise, data and integration knowledge, Agile experience, and line-management experience; Adobe and Agile certifications are listed.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10–15 years of relevant experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager in similar roles focusing on the Adobe ecosystem
Previous line management experience, including coaching and developing team members
Experience managing complex, large-scale projects involving technical and data integration within the Adobe ecosystem
Experience working with teams in different time zones globally
Preferred Qualifications: Focus on Adobe Campaign, Experience Platform, Journey Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Target, or Marketo
Previous line management experience, including coaching and developing team members
Working time aligned with the US East Coast
