Inworld is hiring a senior Recruiting Lead to own critical technical searches end to end, advise founders and hiring managers, build pipelines for AI, engineering, research, and business talent, use recruiting data and AI-native tools, improve recruiting processes, and represent the company in the market. The role requires at least 8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including several years supporting senior and hard-to-fill technical roles, with AI/ML, infrastructure, or research hiring experience preferred. The position is full-time and offers a base salary of $160,000 to $260,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
