Exponent is hiring a Lead- Technical Trainer in Bengaluru to design, develop, and deliver technical and product training for its EV commercial vehicle dealership network and internal teams. The role covers EV architecture, high-voltage systems, diagnostics, safety, product capabilities, sales training, content development, certification, performance monitoring, and on-site or remote technical support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or diploma in automobile, mechanical, or electrical/electronics engineering, 3–6 years of technical training experience in an automobile OEM or Tier-1 supplier, and at least 2 years of EV systems experience, preferably in commercial vehicles.
