Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, or related field
Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience in process engineering
Experience moving processes from paper to digital tools
Experience collaborating with internal IT departments
Experience designing systems with union collective bargaining agreements and labor relations sensitivities
