ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Lead Technician/Restoration Crew Chief in Charlotte, North Carolina, to lead residential and commercial fire and water restoration projects. The role performs mitigation, light demolition, water extraction, cleaning, mold abatement, content moves, and other restoration work while directing, supervising, evaluating, and training assigned technicians and laborers. Candidates need restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience, prior crew chief experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, the ability to travel and lift 50+ pounds, and IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification. The position pays $24–$28 per hour, offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and includes health and wellness, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, holiday pay, and other benefits.
