McDonald Plastic Molding is hiring a Process Technician to operate and maintain injection molding equipment, perform startup and changeover procedures, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, conduct preventive maintenance, document production runs, and support secondary operations. The role also includes supervising employees across factory shifts, training and directing workers, maintaining safety and records, and working overtime as needed.
