Description
The Lead Technician will manage and guide 10–30 technicians on infrastructure projects in data center environments, overseeing rack installations, cable pulling, terminations, labeling, testing, quality control, safety, training, and progress reporting. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in structured cabling, electrical, or data center infrastructure, plus at least one year leading crews, along with knowledge of copper and fiber cabling, racking systems, power delivery, construction drawings, and basic reporting tools. The position is full-time, may require travel, and offers a pathway to Foreman or Site Supervisor.
