Description
The Lead Technician will manage and guide a team of 10–30 technicians on infrastructure projects in data center environments. Responsibilities include overseeing rack installations, cable pulling, terminations, labeling, testing, and clean-up; ensuring compliance with standards and safety protocols; mentoring junior technicians; communicating progress and material needs to site leadership; tracking work progress; supporting training; and resolving field issues. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in structured cabling, electrical, or data center infrastructure, at least one year leading crews, strong technical knowledge of cabling, racking, and power delivery, and the ability to work in live data centers and construction settings.
