Description
The Lead Technician will manage and guide 10–30 technicians on infrastructure projects in data center environments, overseeing rack installations, cable pulling, terminations, labeling, testing, quality control, safety, and crew coordination. The role requires hands-on technical work, mentorship, progress reporting, and the ability to work in live data centers, construction settings, and potentially on overtime, weekends, or night shifts. Candidates need 3–5 years of experience in structured cabling, electrical, or data center infrastructure, plus at least one year leading crews or working in a team-lead capacity.
