Clearway Energy Group is hiring a Lead Technician to support the day-to-day operations of a Lookout wind site. The role leads and mentors lower-level maintenance crews, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical wind-turbine components, performs balance-of-plant and switchyard maintenance, maintains service records and technical documentation, and ensures safe work practices and LOTO procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree in electrical or technical studies, and 2+ years of turbine experience or 5+ years of wind-turbine experience, along with tower-climbing, electrical, troubleshooting, and travel capabilities. The role pays $95,000–$105,000 USD annually and offers medical, dental, vision, HSA, and other benefits.
