Description
Pavion is hiring a Lead Technician for its security business unit to lead and supervise security technicians installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm, and other physical security systems for new data center construction projects. The role coordinates with construction, electrical, network, and vendor teams; ensures quality and compliance; troubleshoots technical issues; trains junior technicians; documents installations; and supports post-installation testing and warranty maintenance. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of security-system installation experience, two years of leadership experience, relevant certifications, and OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications. The position pays $35.00-$40.00 per hour and requires frequent travel to project sites.
