Description
The Lead Technician leads and supports a team of technicians on restoration projects, overseeing job-site operations, safety, SOP compliance, demolition, drying documentation, client communication, vehicle travel, and compliance tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, background and drug screening, customer service skills, and the ability to work in an on-call rotation; construction, plumbing, water mitigation, or carpentry experience is preferred.
