Description
The Lead Technician leads and supports a team of technicians on restoration projects, overseeing job-site operations, safety, SOP compliance, demolition, moisture-drying documentation, client communication, vehicle travel, and compliance tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, background and drug screening, customer-service ability, on-call availability, and physical capability to perform demanding work. Construction, plumbing, water mitigation, carpentry, or related experience is preferred, while IICRC certification is a plus.
