Description
The Lead Technician (CHILL) will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, servicing, and repairing HVAC mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. This role involves leading technicians and contractors, ensuring minimal refrigerant release, and performing critical tasks such as operating machinery, welding, and adhering to strict safety protocols. The technician will also assist in planning and scheduling, identifying and executing refrigerant recovery techniques, and communicating effectively with other departments.
