ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Lead Technician/Restoration Crew Chief in Kingwood, Texas and surrounding areas to lead residential and commercial fire and water restoration projects. The role performs specialty mitigation, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, content moves, and other restoration work while directing, supervising, training, and evaluating restoration technicians and staff laborers. The position requires IICRC ASD and WTR certification, restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience, previous crew chief experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel and lift 50+ pounds. Pay starts at $25 per hour, with health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and a 401(k) offered.
