Description
The Lead Technician oversees and performs water, mold, biohazard, and fire remediation projects; leads assigned crews; coordinates project activities; communicates with customers; monitors moisture mapping, documentation, safety, insurance, and industry compliance; inspects completed work; and provides guidance and training to technicians. The role reports to the Project Manager, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, and requires Water Damage Restoration Technician certification. Compensation is $18-$23 per hour for full-time employees.
