Description
Summit School Services is hiring a Lead Fleet Technician to support school-bus and medium/heavy vehicle fleets. The role performs advanced automotive and diesel diagnostics and repairs, engine adjustments and rebuilds, safety inspections, mobile repairs, maintenance-system logging, and workflow oversight. The technician partners with the Maintenance Leader, guides other technicians through preventive maintenance, and maintains a compliant workspace. The position requires at least five years of medium or heavy truck fleet mechanic repair experience, one year of leadership experience or training, diagnostic proficiency, diesel and gas vehicle knowledge, and a high school education or equivalent.
