Summit School Services is hiring a Lead Fleet Technician to lead safety, quality, and uptime for a school bus fleet. The role performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty vehicles, completes safety inspections and repair sign-offs, manages preventive maintenance and mobile repairs, logs work, and supports the Maintenance Leader. Candidates need at least five years of medium- or heavy-truck fleet mechanic experience, one year of leadership experience or training, diesel and automotive diagnostic knowledge, and a high school education or equivalent.
