TEKsystems is hiring a full-time, contract Lead Fiber Technician for a data center expansion project in Bridgeport, Alabama. The role leads and supports outside-plant fiber installation, conduit and vault construction, high-count fiber pulling and testing, quality inspections, documentation, project walk-throughs, and coordination with construction and project teams. Candidates need OSP fiber, underground or aerial fiber, cable-crew, telecommunications infrastructure, outdoor, safety, and teamwork experience; fiber termination, patch panels, blueprint reading, data center, testing, and leadership experience are preferred. The position is fully onsite, pays $25.00–$28.00 per hour, and may require overtime, nights, weekends, maintenance windows, and travel.
