Description
Lucid is hiring a Power Electronics Test & Validation Lead Technician to lead day-to-day technician activities in a power electronics test and validation laboratory. The role coordinates assignments and lab resources, supports functional, environmental, thermal, durability, software, and end-of-line validation testing, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, maintains test equipment and infrastructure, mentors technicians, and supports prototype, pre-production, and production validation programs. Candidates need advanced knowledge of power electronics and high-voltage systems, extensive laboratory instrumentation experience, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, PCBA and prototype build experience, and demonstrated leadership experience. The position offers a base pay range of $47–$65 USD per hour and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
