Description
The company is hiring a Lead Technician/Programmer to independently install, program, configure, and troubleshoot full Savant smart-home systems for residential clients. The role leads installations, mentors technicians, conducts client walkthroughs and training, resolves networking issues, and serves as the primary technical client contact. Required qualifications include independent Savant-system programming and installation, networking troubleshooting, client-facing communication, a valid driver's license, and willingness to pass a background check and drug test. Preferred experience includes RTI, Lutron RadioRA or HomeWorks, and security or alarm systems. Compensation is $34–$44 per hour based on experience, with health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement and disability coverage, a company-provided vehicle, and possible relocation assistance.
