Description
The Lead Technician/Programmer will independently install, program, configure, and troubleshoot full Savant smart-home systems for residential clients, lead wiring and equipment mounting, mentor technicians, conduct client walkthroughs and training, resolve networking issues, and serve as the primary technical client contact. The role requires Savant installation expertise, strong networking troubleshooting skills, client-facing communication, a valid driver's license, and willingness to pass a background check and drug test. Compensation is $34–$44 per hour based on experience, with health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement and disability coverage, a company-provided take-home vehicle, and relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis.
