Description
The Lead Technician provides technical expertise, leadership, and coordination for a second-shift production department. The role troubleshoots mechanical and electrical tool assemblies, reviews designs, coordinates workflow and material flow, mentors associates, maintains equipment, and supports customer and field-service needs. It requires at least three years of experience as an Assembly Technician – Level 3 or equivalent experience, with an associate degree in electrical or mechanical technology preferred but not required.
