PNC is hiring a Lead Teller for its Retail Banking organization at the 104th & Colorado branch in Thornton, Colorado. The role coaches and mentors tellers, handles customer interactions, identifies banking opportunities, educates customers, supports performance management and new-hire selection, and ensures accurate branch operations. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and the position is in-office. The base salary is $41,250 to $68,750, with incentive eligibility; the posting was expected to remain open for two business days from 09/30/2026.
