FAIRWINDS Credit Union is hiring a Lead Member Service Representative for its Altamonte Springs branch. The role leads teller-line operations, supports branch opening and closing, balances accounts, handles member account services, manages cash and ATM operations, resolves operational issues, coaches member service representatives, and recommends products. Candidates should have previous supervisory experience in a financial institution, branch operations or team-leadership experience, strong member-service and referral skills, independent decision-making, leadership and coaching ability, organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
