The Teller provides fast and friendly customer service, processes deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan and credit-card payments, cash, bonds, and other monetary instruments, balances and proves cash, supports teller operations, and refers customers to appropriate banking products and colleagues. The role requires a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience, 2–4 years of Teller or equivalent cash-handling experience, strong customer service and operations skills, and the ability to work multiple branch locations as needed.
