KeyBank is hiring a Lead Teller for its 2105 Queen Anne Avenue North branch in Seattle, Washington. The role leads the teller line, resolves complex client-service issues, coaches tellers, manages scheduling and staffing, supports onboarding, maintains compliance and security standards, and promotes banking products. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience, at least three years of client relationship and cash-handling experience, and knowledge of Windows-based applications. The position pays $18.75–$25.00 per hour plus possible incentive compensation and requires Saturday work as directed.
